People often ask us what we do with all the meat when the hunters' have left.
Some we sell to our local butcher, we make meat for ourselves like, biltong, minced meat, steaks and stew meat.
We also supply our farm workers with fresh meat every day.
A good friend of mine, Sheralee Ryan runs a program in Gobabis, which is our nearest town, where she is feeding hungry kids. Most of them are street kids. She has a couple of people helping her.
